China With China Mac 2027 is an 11 day / 10 night group trip through Beijing, Xi'an, Chongqing and Chengdu, departing April 12, 2027 and ending April 22, 2027. The trip is organized as a group experience with a limited number of places.

Specific hotels, transportation schedules, restaurants and individual activities may change due to availability, weather or operational requirements, while maintaining the overall standard of the experience.

Travelers must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must hold valid travel documents for entry into China. Each traveler is responsible for confirming their own eligibility to travel.

A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified by the payment provider. Until then, a place is held temporarily and may be released.

Current pricing is $3,999 per person for a Private Room and $3,500 per person for Double Occupancy (exactly 2 guests sharing 1 room). The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to that booking. Later price changes do not affect existing confirmed bookings.

The deposit is $500 per person and is applied toward the total trip price. A deposit reserves a place for each traveler included in the booking; one deposit never reserves more than one traveler. A Double Occupancy booking for 2 guests therefore requires a total deposit of twice the per person amount.

After the initial refund window described in the Cancellation Policy, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Remaining balance payments are scheduled for:

• November 15, 2026
• January 15, 2027
• February 15, 2027

Private Room installments are $1,000 per person on November 15, 2026, $1,000 per person on January 15, 2027, and $1,499 per person on February 15, 2027. Double Occupancy installments are $1,000 per person on each date. Anyone booking after a payment deadline pays the deposit plus every installment already due. The remaining balance is always the trip total for the booking minus payments received.

Prices are per person in USD and cover the inclusions listed on the trip page: 10 nights in centrally located 4-star hotels or better, daily hotel breakfast, 3 group lunches and 4 group dinners total (including the welcome and farewell dinners), private group transportation, transfers and intercity transportation in the itinerary, English speaking local guides and entrance tickets for the listed attractions. Double Occupancy is $3,500 per person for exactly 2 guests sharing 1 room. Anything not listed as included is the traveler's own responsibility.

A Double Occupancy booking is for exactly two paying guests who know each other and choose to share one room. No random roommate matching is offered. A traveler booking alone, or a party of three or more, must choose Private Rooms.

If one of the two guests cancels, the rules described in the Cancellation Policy apply, including the possible conversion of the remaining traveler to the Private Room price.

Passports, visas and any required entry documentation are the traveler's responsibility, including all associated costs and processing times.

International airfare is not included unless explicitly stated on the trip page. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights and for any change or cancellation costs.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, including medical and trip interruption coverage. Insurance is arranged by the traveler.

The organizer may adjust the itinerary when necessary for operational, safety or availability reasons, while keeping the overall experience consistent with what was promised.

Travelers are expected to respect local laws, local customs, the group and the organizers. Behavior that puts the group, staff or the trip at risk may result in removal from activities or from the trip without refund.

Cancellation, refund and booking transfer rules are described in the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If the organizer cancels the trip, travelers receive a refund of money paid directly to the organizer for the tour. The organizer does not reimburse independently purchased international airfare, visa costs, travel insurance, personal expenses or similar external costs.

The organizer is not responsible for events outside of its reasonable control, including natural events, public health measures, government restrictions, transport disruption or similar circumstances.

The organizer arranges the group experience and works with third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport operators and local guides. The organizer is not responsible for losses caused by those suppliers beyond what applicable law requires.
